As a dancer, healer, musician, yoga instructor and vibrational sound healer, SunJay blends the breath work of Kundalini, the flow of Vinyāsa, with the heart centered grace of Anusara, (a-nu-sar-a) – “following your Heart”, creating a style that is both gentle and encouraging to the novice, while facilitating a deeper practice for the more experienced yogi. She brings the beauty of nature into each practice, drawing from the earth-centered ways of the Native Americas and Celtic ancients, connecting us to Gaia’s hidden treasures.

SunJay teaches from the heart and seeks to give her students an authentic experience. She embodies her transformative healing practice from a place of joy, personal experience and deep compassion, empowering each student with tools that encourage a shift within themselves to find a greater capacity, flexibility, and comfort of mind, body and soul. SunJay’s radiance inspires students to unveil their wellspring of unique potential and merge it with the ever-flowing gift of grace. Through her clear and skilled instruction, and sweet, supportive spirit, students discover new depths within their own hearts and new heights in their asana practices.

SunJay is known for her life-affirming and nurturing teaching style – offering years of experience. She believes music has many healing powers and combines therapeutic yoga for illness and recovery with vibrational sound as a powerful tool for healing and experiencing joy.
