Returns & exchanges 

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

Please note, due to the custom nature of my offerings, I cannot offer a refund for products that are made to order or custom. However, if there is ever a defect in my work, damage due to transit or loss. I am happy to replace the item, or refund payment accordingly, minus the cost of shipping. 

Shipping policies 

For larger ticket items, I ship priority mail with insurance, tracking and confirmation of receipt. For smaller and less expensive items, I ship First class Mail. Please contact me regarding international, as terms will be different for each country.
